question on employee

i have an employee for two months now

still does not comprehend coming off a curb line trimming to hit an obstacle i have told him and shown him numerous times , he retraces his steps and comes back to obstacles it drives me crazy

and he still tears the grass on the walkker
i have told him to get off and showed him how to turn more times than i can count
he will never get it will he
just kinda late in the season to mess around with a new guy

if hes been with you the whole season and still doesnt get it he probably wont...even if he will get it, it may end up costing you accounts. i had a similar problem last year, but the guy ended up making my decision for me when he took the scag wb COMPLETELY thru the fence at one of our accounts my advice is if your getting complaints from clients because of his work or if you yourself think hes bad enough to cost you accounts, get rid of him before he does leaves you no choice and costs your business money
