dam! had to get a new housing unit for my hydralics.My other broke a little peace off and i was leaking oil.
not an easy job!alot of little parts in that sucker! anyway just wanted to vent alittle! Mowers back up and runnin!

I say all together bout ten hrs. Its from the freedom z. I took the gear assembly off and took it to the shop.they had it for over a month! I was pissed! I went in took my part and did it myself. After that ill be turning all the wrenchens on that mower!

I mean how many hours on it when it went? Is it a new mower?

oh. its only got 100hrs on it. I must have hit something underneath. the casing broke right where a bolt goes in so i could'nt get a bite on it to seal. It was'nt a manufacture problem

We got a new Snapper Pro with the integrated pump and drive motors and that assembly hangs down low. I am afraid of the same thing happening. I think I will build a skid plate for the underside.

sorry so late. Yeah man! good idea. amazing how a little piece of cast iron caused so many probems!
