I have to agree, That and hot water. You will never completely remove the stain but you will significantly improve it

I have used ZEP with hot water and gotten good results. You will still have a stain but it will be greatly improved.

On assignment in Iowa (treework), we had a hydraulic hose leak on our Genie TMZ aerial while moving it into setup position. This occured on the clients driveway, more specifically a year-old concrete slab in front of garage doors. Oh, and the client witnessed....We called the repair shop that does our work, and asked what they would suggest to clean the spots. They recommended Portland cement. We got a (90 pound) sack, dusted it on, and swept it up 2 hours later. I would defy anyone to find where the spots were! We were amazed, and the client very pleased. However, it didn't work as well on the asphalt portion of the drive. Maybe the oil started to dissolve, or 'eat into' the petroleum based material before we could capture it. On this surface, I've found cheap orange cleaner from Dollar G., a stiff brush, and papertowels for blotting work well.

There is a dry product made specifically for asphalt also.
