Production standards

Anyone know the author of a book that lists standard production rates for various landscape,construction and snow removal tasks? I've seen it/them. If there's more than one "bible" out there please comment pros/cons to each.

Not quite the same, but LPSTATILE used to put out a catalog every year that had everything from weight per foot of tree ball to labor hours worked per season in your area.
