Well, I have been tinkering (is that a word?) with double blade configuration and a set up went well for me yesterday. I have been running a combination of gators and high lifts on my Bobcat 36 and the blow out was unbelievable and it was leaving a trail of grass at the discharge chute.
I tried high lifts on the top and bottom, removed a blade spacer to slightly raise my blades closer to the deck and it did wonders. The blow out was greatly reduced and it mulched well.
