Get a wheeled machine if you want something with that many hours..
Plus, if you get a wheeled machine you can use it during the winter moving snow..

Hows the t320 holding up
With the slight modifications i have done to it i would say it is holding up good.
Modifications: adjust injection pump = more power, adjust hydraulic releif = more hydraulic hp.
A friend of mine field tested a new brush mulcher and had all the testing equipment hooked on from the hydraulic motor manufacturer. He calls me later and says i have like 75 hydraulic horse power on the auxiliary hyd. lines.
i had to replace the first set of tracks at 925 hrs.
LOL just dont give Ron a bobcat with the SJC that has been modified slightly

My T190 was a 2003 vintage, anything before 2003 was a rotten egg.

that explains better why you dont like the Bobcats! Probably a hand/foot machine?
I have run both Cat and the newer Bobcat (with the joystick control) and find them similar to operate

Isn't anything before 2005 the under powered T190's with the 56hp net engines? 2005 and newer have the 61 net hp engines?

Just demoed a t320 with the roller suspension, thinking about purchasing it. Does any one know how they are holding up after a few hours get put on them, It sure is tippy when u are loading trucks do u get used to that after a while.

the roller suspension on mine are still close like new from doing a quick visual inspection (have like 1050 hrs on it).
And yes you will get the feel of the machine in short time.
it does feel different then a solid frame machine

It would take more than 5 hp to correct the ill that is the T-190.

I talked to the main guy (Mike F.) who oversees the CTL line for bobcat a couple of months ago. He said they have not noticed any issues with the new RS undercarriage. The RS is a smoother ride and you will get use to it..

The 5 hp definately makes a difference. The original T190's were just S185's with tracks. Now they are S205's with tracks. The thing about these machines is they could have 75 or 100 hp and someone would still think they are underpowered.

I agree with you 100% everyone would like more power in everything they run thats just the way it is. I hear a few guys on this site say the t190 is underpowered this and that blah blah blah. I have a 2008 t190 it is not underpowered in anyway. The windows dont shake all over like the previous models and its not loud at all

We demoed the 289C a while back. Our 287 undercarage is done, the cat guy told me 13,000 to replace everthing. So we are goin to get another tractor instead. The problem is cat does not have a 289c noware for me. The sales man says it will be towards the end of december to get one, and i need something now. So i am stuck between a rock and a hard spot. There is a t320 with roler suspension at the bobcat dealer. Bobcat is working on a price that will compare to the cat right now, they were 500 more dollars a month in the beging. They say they will come down on the price though. So i am trying to get al the info on the bobcat as posible, before i make up my mind.

Iliked the T320 it was alot smoother than i expected. I have not got used to the tipping felling yet, expecialy when loading trucks. The machine has plenty of power, it will out dig that cat in my oppion. I am afraid of the leaf springs breaking over time on the suspension, that is why i was asking about them holding up. I do like the cat cabs alot better though.

The t320 i was in actually had joy sticks and i liked them. They def improved from when they first came out. From what i was told from many people they worked out all the bugs they had.. How did you like the joysticks?

They joy sticks were smooth, the machine had the varialle speed control, like the cat AMICS, i really liked that it makes the machine alot smoother. It takes time to get used to after running the pilot control on my 287b. It also has the wire harnes to run my grader attachment.

Did you feel the t320 with the roller suspension rode better then the 289c?

With a full bucket of dirt going down the driveway the cat rides better. But when they are empty the ride is about the same minor advantage to the bobcat. I just can believe there is not a 289c on the entire west coast.
