Bidding on a few new Commercial accounts NEED HELP

This coming year will be my first experience with bidding on Commercial accounts.

I really could use some help with pricing, contracts and material costs.

I live in Pa. if that helps.

I want to put together a really nice proposal to a company that I have been servicing for the past 12 years. (Not Landscaping or lawn care)

Is there a really good estimating software out there? How do you guys present your bids?

I would really like to talk to one of the bigger commercial guys on the phone if they have time to help out a guy thats just getting started.

How many accounts did you get so far? Where are you in Harleysville? I grew up there, Souderton class of 95. Live in Lower Gwynedd now, but have 2 Harleysville accounts and one more large one for next year.

I have a few residential accounts but have the opportunity to bid on a few nice Commercials for next year.

This isn't my primary business but, I am looking to sell the other and move towards a new occupation.
