large lot aerating

i have a good friend that has about 10 acres of fescue and it irrigated. i am going to use his tractor and rent a pluger to put behind it. what should i charge to plug it for him taking in mind i am using his tractor. price per k.

Since I am using his tractor should I do it by the hour.

Do you mow this lawn? If so you might think about taking the price for one mow and multiplying it by 2 or 3 or even 4 times and see if that is reasonable.
