I'm looking at getting a 5x8 solid side trailer. I'm looking at Big Tex, Iron Panther, Carson & Carry-On.
I've heard great things about Big Tex trailers, so I'm kinda leaning towards them. My dealer quoted $1690msrp, kinda steep though.
The Iron Panther trailer, the same dealer sales Big Tex. The sales man said allot of great things about the IP trailer, he even said it's just as good quality as the Big Tex. Can't find any reviews online about them. Dealer quoted me $1490msrp.http://cargotrailerworld.com/Ads/Adimages/19978.jpg
Carson trailer. I've heard mix reviews on Carson quality. I've got a 5x10 Racer & it's been good to me. $1555otd.
Carry-On. I've heard some bad reviews about them, espically the trailers from Lowes & other big box stores. Quality also seems to be a mix from trailer stores. $1400otd.
What would be a good choice? I'm kinda leaning towards the Iron Panther, from what the salesman has told me. I like the price of the Carry-On, but I don't want to replace it 2 years down the road.

Check the Big Tex for paint. They don't paint before assembly all their trailers.

I called up a different Big Tex store, this has one in stock. He kept going on about the quality & how they have a 2 step painting.

I got the Big Tex(30 SV) & bought it as soon as walked around it. I loved the contruction, felt stronger then the others I've looked at. I spent more then what I wanted to, but I fell like this trailer is going to last longer then the other trailers.

Thats a ton of money for a wheel barrow trailer. Check out Loudo Enterprises http://www.pascowebhosting.com/utility.htm They can custom build trailers too if you order direct from the factory for the solid sides. I got a 16ft for the prices your 8's and 10's are.
