Looking to sell. 09 42" deck 20 hp. 54 hrs. This mower is used on a private estate. I will post the specs when I find the literature that came with it. The deck folds up for maint. Our property is just too wet and shady for this machine and I would like to use the money for another WB and other equipment. I don't have a price in mind yet and you would have to drive to Nassau county NY for pick up. I will post pics if I feel someone is serious.

I bought a 2006 mtghs 20hp 42" about 2 weeks ago for $5000. This mower had 196 hours on it. I was going to wait till spring. I could not wait. I continue to mow my regular lawns and will get atleast 6 more weeks of mowing and clean-up. I think a $7000 offer this time or year would be great. We all want to know what price you are thinking.

So you post this three weeks ago and still have no clue as to the resale value or what an acceptable offer would be?
You display no photos... this is no that difficult?
I would recommend you contact a local Walker dealer and ask there ballpark price.

Actually...I do have a clue. I have little interest in posting photos for gawkers on this site. If someone needs a photo to be interested, they aren't buying anything. I posted here originally figuring I would try and sell it to someone who really needed/wanted one. My dealer says $8200 firm. Some guys are selling in desperation for much cheaper right now, and I'm not one of them. Having said that........the 7k offer seems a little lite right now.

I can vouch for this.... I was the one that sold it to him. LoL. But i did sell it under what it was worth according to my dealer it was worth 6000. SO!!! I think for this 09 7000 to 7500 would be right on being that it isn't an MT. MT's smallest motor in 09 was a 23 so i am thinking this is an MC... MC has smaller blower and several other differences.

Read the thread again. You really can't see why a price was not posted originally? Secondly, I have bought and sold many things in my life and am very familiar with the BS that goes on here at this forum. If someone is truly interested..they will make themselves known. 99% of responders have no intention...they just want to see pics. Look at you for example...commenting on a dead several month old thread for no real reason thinking that somehow you are relevant to me...lol! BTW...I sold the mower with no pic and price mentioned to a person who WAS interested. Save yourself from further embarassment and try to control your impulse to respond...think about it.

whats with the insulting? He asked a legit question. You're posts totally contradicted themselves.

The guy I work for bought it originally...not the re sale. I only responded because it's quite amusing how many people will waste their time here....Mr. know it all in 9 posts.....I know landscape personell are not generally the sharpest tools in the shed, but why some of these guys will go to lengths to prove it is always fun to watch....
