OK i have a hard leer bed cover and after a year i am getting tired of not being able to get to much landscape waste in it. what options do i have to have a cover on it to keep a stroller dry from the weather but still use it for landscape and have full use of the stake pockets?

A roll up vinyl tonneau cover has worked well for me. I have, however taken it off because I just had a dump insert installed. It's for sale locally but would cost a lot to ship to FL. This particular model is around $475 new.
