I'll bet it doesn't cut a darn thing. horizontal shaft engine were you'd need a vertical shaft....

he'd have to have some sort of gear box or multiple pullies to get the out put in the proper direction... not saying it isn't possible, but there not alot of real estate on a 21" mower deck to do that...

Ya that's true. I've seen it done on a homemade trail mower but theres a lot more room on that lol.
