View Full Version : Opinion on BigTex trailers?

Just wondering on what your thoughts on the bigtex trailers are and if they are built nicley? I found a local guy selling a good looking 6x10 for 800 and just was wondering if it is worth it, I thougt about offering 675 cash asap

I've owned two, both were 10K GVW Equipment trailers, overall they are well built.

I did have one weld fail on the dove tail, was $75 to have fixed. Otherwise no problems in 20k miles of use.

for $675 I don't think you can go wrong.

Big Tex and PJ are the nicest built around here, and we live in trailer country. I think we have nearly 25 brands built here in a 40 mile radius.

They are good but way overpriced if you buy new.

when i was cutting grass i was running 5 of them, had no problems other than the welds on trailer gate where you secured it to the trailer seemed to be constantly breaking..
