has anyone had there 44 toro refit with the new kit from toro? how do they work from the original brakes? the originals seem to lock up as soon as you slow down and tear up the turf easy. my toro is in the shop for drive belt stetching problems and i am going to have them do the brakes as well, thanks, Brian
