Well you have 52 views with no responses because only you can know your market and we cant see the property. How much edging? Do the leaves need to be removed etc etc etc etc

"newbie" in the title. Basically I am asking what type of additional information would the group need in order to assist. This is a start. Thanks. Most of my properties are much smaller than this. I don't drop equipment for less than 50.00
Leaves need to be removed
Edging- 50 ft picket fence- 12ft drive- 16ft patio- 10ft walkway

how long do you think it would take you to do the job? Mowing.
how long to do leaf cleanup, dumping fees. How many guys on the job. The variables are endless. For the most part a competant lco with the proper commercial equipment will get a min of $60 per man hour. Then you add on leaf removal, and dumping fees.

Thank you for assisting in narrowing it down.

does the 40,000' include the home?
Mowing just a guess would be $55-65 per cut depending on if the grass is removed, the cleanup is a lot tougher without seeing it. If your unsure give them a "Won't Exceed" number. It's tough, some customers want an hourly figure and they sit there and stare watching the clock. Others just want a figure.

I would charge $55($25 trip charge +$1 per 1000sqft) for the mowing/trimming/blowing (providing it dosen't have excessive trimming & blowing) then charge your hourly labor rate times the amount of time you think it will take you plus any other fees (dumping cost etc).....thats how I would do it!!....oh yeah I would give them a flat price....that hourly sh!t is for the birds..the customer will watch you like a hawk and knitpick every min of your time.
