How much should I charge to do a weed control which should be maintained in all flowerbeds, ornamental mulch? Or should I charged based on numbers of visit.

i charge hourly just the normal hourly rate a littel cheaper since no equip used.... unles it is terrible and roudup is needed then charge for hourly + roundup
