Is there one reliable source for Kawi engine parts?
We've tried most of the large suppliers that advertise on this forum and its all the same deal.
Diagrams do not show complete break down of parts,
They don't ship same day,
Orders are shipped with back orders,
Parts listed, but not in stock,
Can't tell you when parts will be available.....
Most of the local dealers have a minimum order to meet.... 7-10 days until parts are in.....
The latest fiasco, ordered two carb gaskets and two O rings for a FH 680V online from one of the big suppliers.
Website indicates will ship in 3-5 days.
I'm knee deep in Fall Clean -ups and really need my Zturn operational.
Day 5 send email to confirm status no reply,
Day 6 send second email, no reply,
Day 7 phoned customer service... one O ring is on back order, some parts came from GA. others are coming from TX....
Asked the question, in the future how would I know if parts are in stock? response - you have to call
Second question - will you notify me when parts ship? response - we don't have an email address for you. Well how did you send me two emails confirming my order and providing me with an order number if you don't have my email? Hmmm...
Third question - why haven't you responded to my two inquiries regarding shipment status ? response - we get thousands of emails everyday and there is only one guy that responds to emails.....
