Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a template they could show me on what they use to keep track of all of their transactions and book keeping, anything would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

You should really invest in Quick Books.

Yea, get QB and look on their site for a ProAdvisor.

Another thing you might try. Go to Dave Ramseys web site and find the link for endorsed local providers. Fill in your info for a CPA in your area and talk to a professional who can show you where to start. A CPA will cost you more, but you will get much better advice than from a tax preparer! A CPA will also be able to point you in the right directions as you grow.

I live by QuickBooks. Once you set it up you will be able to manage every aspect of the financial side of your business. I have used QBooks for over 20 years and it is as good an investment as the equipment you purchase to cut grass. Good Luck

Derek, if you have the time to do so, take a class in accounting. You will then be able to either do the book keeping on paper, or if you do use quick books (and eventually you will), you will understand what qb is doing.
