how to learn spanish

I have two hispanic employees, one speaks english and spanish and the other only spanish. I am looking to learn spanish by listening on cassette tape. Does anyone know of a good program especially if it is geared toward our industry? Even if its just to learn phrases that are useful to our industry.

Also, any good programs for learning english from spanish? My guy who only speaks spanish I think could be a crew leader if he could learn some english.
