OK, I give up. I have had an engine oil leak on my Bunton 48 ZTR for quite awhile. I finally pulled the engine and split the crankcase, replaced the gasket, all the seals and o-rings. I put it back together and had a nasty time setting the governor...thanks to this forum and the search feature I got it figured out. Well, the leak is still there, the blade clutch is covered in oil and it drips on the ground. The leak is much slower but still, it is not fixed. Is there a common place that the actual lower crankcase half will crack? I would hate to pull it again and have it end up being a microscopic crack the whole time. The engine runs like a top, it has 3,000 hours on it. Would it be worth it to pull it again and have it magafluxed? I am thinking that I could buy alot of oil for the time and aggravation it would be to pull it again.
