Are the Grandstand Kinks All Fixed Now?

Wanted to see everyone's thoughts on whether it is to early to buy a grandstand yet? I heard about throttle, braking, and hardware issues (all relatively minor) and wondered if anyone has had better luck with a more recent purchase??

Plus who should I contact to confirm if the serial # of the mower I want is an early or later production run?

The issues you have identified were resolved and corrected. Some newer units have been produced with all updates while older units were updated in the field. However, just to be sure I would verify with your local Toro Commercial Dealer that these updates have been made to the machines he/she has in stock. If not the dealer can make the updates or order a new machine(s)produced with the updates.
