Hi. I have a bobcat ransomes xm4831 mower with kawasaki fb460v-gs07 motor. My motor has a bad oil leak and the recoil starter broke so I'm looking into replacing the motor. I found a couple motors that are listed for "riding mowers" but not sure if they will work. I know I need a vertical shaft motor, 1" by 3 5/32" shaft. 12-15 hp. What else is there to look for. I found these motors here: IC21B906-0192 briggs, IC219902 briggs all for around $300.00. I'm pretty sure the kawasaki 15hp motor fh430v-cs26r will fit but that cost 520.00. Do most motor bolt up the same or do they have different mounting options?? JUST NEED TO KNOW A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION. THANKS.
