I'm fairly certain that he means the commercial account alone gets 1500/ month...:dizzy:

wow, some of you guys are not the sharpest blades on the mower...hahaha...I understood him the first go round. I love ocean city. If I was not rooted here in TN I would be interested. Also, I would not recommend sharing your company name. Too many people out there that would try to go in and sabotage just for the business...Good luck!

Yea, little confusion. The commercial site alone brings in approximately $1500 a month, just cutting. Theres fountain maint, fert, shrubs, annuals and others things as well. An estimation of what the lawns bring in a week is right around $2200 weekly. I really have to sit down and add all this up. I am currently bidding on a 170 condo complex for snow and landscaping (have an inside source) so that might be included shortly.

of course depending on most other details, id be interested to look things over.
Where in ocean county are the accounts located?
Are 75 split between resi/comm ?
What is billed out monthly for these 75 accounts for lawn and then snow seperate?
What are the man hours spent monthly on the accounts currently?
ramairfreak98ss@hotmail.com , im out of burlington county
And what equipment is included or not? Not that we need any but that makes the price awesome or poor :)

Wow 75 accounts for 2200$? that is a lot of lawns to do in a week, then you need to hire someone to help you.
I'm glad i'm sticking with lawn aeration and driveway sealing, much more profitable in my opinion.
avg. 6 driveways per day: 1200 gross.
