I know I'm gonna get slammed for this but I personally like the way my Navigator bags the best. And I have used a Walker.

I've never used a Walker, but the ultravac system on the eXmarks work well. Thing I don't like about the Walkers is the potential difficulty in getting the grass/leaves in the back of the truck. With a regular midmount, you can take individual bags and toss them in.

However, you get less capacity, probably less bagging ability, and you lack the image of a Walker. Personally, I wouldn't buy a Walker until after I've bought a leaf vac. The regular bagging ability of most midmount Z's is acceptable to good.

we bag with 2 walker 48 ghs efi and our snapper high vacs
If those can't do it we don't mow it period.

Our Turf Tiger and turf Tracer just mow no bagging.

I'd have to choose both walker and other... While walkers are fine machines for bagging, they done their place on every property. Most midmount Zero turns have great bagging systems now a days that work excellent.

The Walker is a nice small mower. But the Grasshopper has bigger decks for acreage lots. JMI

My vote is for the Navigator also. I have put time on Walker's too.

you all need to keep in mind, Walker always has been and still is the best machine for bagging, look around and see for yourself how many companies:clapping: have tried to imitate the Walker, even duplicate, but to no avail, no only it bags best but mows best too !! nuf said !:clapping:http://www.lawnsite.com/images/smilies/action-smiley-033.gif

Actually, the walker has 2 bins that can go inside the bagger so you can put the clipping directly into a truck.

"HAD" is the correct word. Since they redesigned the hopper, they have not made new bins that fit yet, and rumor is that they have no plans too, at least right now.

I can vouch for the fact that the walker bins are a PITA too. I'd rather dump bags any day than fight my bins. But I have to deal with them because I need that machine in so many places. I certinaly wish that the hi-dump would have worked for me. It just didn't lift high enough, and the extra weight made the machine almost worthless...
