I am not asking for a scientific break down. Or it depends on this that and the other thing. All I am asking is a 100x100 lot. Lets say has fence and a few beds. How long would it take you from start to finish (rough estimate). I am just trying to get a feel for bidding when I start. And what equipment would you be using and how many guys? thanks a lot guys for any info. Brendan

O sorry ya I meant just mow, trim and blow. I was figuring with 2 guys one on a 36" walk behind and other doing trim and blower. I was figuring around 20 mins. From stop to go.

and now the way you posted this is my question to learn from as well
the best formula i have found for small lawns is cut in ft x speed x 5280x65% /60
3'x3.8mph x5280x65%= 39124.8sqft /hr/ 60 min per hr is 652 sqft per min or 16 mins to mow and at which time the 2nd guy can trim ,edge and blow exmark has a good example but they think its 80% effecient and 80% works good on open lawns but not on a small lawn . i figured your size lawn at 3.8mph but i have seen some little lawns go slow as 2.5 mph but this is the formula we use as an basic estimate
