my pc's running super slow today, i won't try to look at any of the links till it's normal. if this is anything like the energy bill ( title 20 ) in ca. and if it's not enforced ( and i'm a small gov. guy ) it will do little but cost me more money.

i'm reading today that air quality may allow the owners of diesel engine equipment to operate for another year before enforcement begins.

Now thats funny. old fogies do like to call it " some weather" yep we are getting some weather , we get some weather every day, some days its nice weather , some days , not so nice.

I'm going to breakfast with TomTom this morning. Maybe I'll upgrade and hit the McD's. :) I'm already a grumpy old man living in a 38 year old body.

Hey, I found these replies to the EPA stuff in the Irrigation and Green Industry magazine. http://www.igin.com/print-article-960-print.html

The EPA stuff will affect us directly. There is still time for us to comment.
Looks like somebody is trying to change the over-direction of the EPA.
