Mailing list from Vista...

Has anyone here bought a list from Vista? How accurate was the list you choose? I have a list for my county I bought for 50.00, but had to sort it and play with it forever to tweak it. I'm interested in targeting an area about 45 miles from where I am now and targeting a large sub division that I just was awarded a contract from. Vista let me search for homes from that area in a 1 mile radius of 75k + income...came back with 4k+ addresses. I was looking for 1000....that's the neighborhood.

I have ordered from them before and had a huge return to senders!!! like 10% I use USDATA . com or bluevistaprinting . com Had a much better list and offered better search criteria's.
