I've got a John Deere GS30, which is a 36 geardriven walkbehind with a 13hp Kohler Engine. It runs solid a full throttle, but anything less than full the engine will rev up and down, and when I move the throttle to half power,it will shut off? The dealer said it needed a tune up? What do u guys thing the problem is??
