Value of used Exmark

Could you tell me the value of a used Exmark Metro HP? it has a 48" cut and comes with the mulching kit and two wheel sulky. It appears to be in excellant condition and used very little. The dealer says it is about a year old, is there any way to find out the true age on this machine. Thanks for your help

Thanks for the questions. Unfortuneatly we're not the experts on used pricing. Most dealers will have a "blue book" of lawnmower values and if it falls inline with that you should be in good shape.
