PAR36 Lamp Screw Lug To Slide Adapter

I know some PAR36 lamps come with a screw-to-slide adapter.

Does anyone know if I can but just the adapters?

I already have the new lamps with screw-only lugs but the old lamps that I am replacing have slide connectors so the existing pigtails have the female slide connectors.

I was trying to not have to cut them off and splice on spade lugs.

I dont think I have ever seen those and I use a lot of those slide connectors in auto wiring......It may be easier just to grease, crimp, and then heat shrink some Fork Connectors?
