I have 6 two way radios and 1 base station radio for sale. All of these radios are in working condition. If you buy these radios you will have to take them to a radio/communication shop to have the frequencies set. The radios have mics with them but no antennas.
$100 each or all for $600 plus shipping.
Here is 5 of the radios and the base station on the far right. the 6th radio is still in one of my trucks...(forgot to take it out before I took the pics)

top left radio----motorola radius sm50 model #m44dgc20a2aa
top 2nd to left radio----motorola radius m1225 model# m44dgc90e2aa
To get the license we have a buisness in town that sales these radios and installs them in vehicles as well.
You might goto you local sherriff/police office and ask them who does there radios. They might be able to tell you where to go or look in the yellow pages?.?.?

I used to the a salesperson for motorola.. The motorola radios will last a long long time.. they are easily repairable as well. MOST of these can be reprogrammed.. The ancient looking ones on the ends (2 of them) are crystal radios and it will be hard to retune those.. back when I was selling these in 2004, these base / mobile radios rarely sold for less than $400 each (new) so this is probably a really good deal. Getting set up with an FCC license is easy.. will cost you about $200.. check out www.fccrenewal.com and tell 'em ray sent ya..
anyhow.. These will have a very good range, especially if you mount your base station antanna high.. say 50 ft or so. I actually think that most of these would sell for twice as much on ebay.. Heck, that base station microphone alone sells for $150.00 new..
Are these radios UHF, or VHF?
Are they all the 40watt models? or 25 watt? any of them still under warranty?

And yes we payed about 400 each for these radios. All of these radios we bought new buy our company. Every time we bought a new work truck we would put a new radio in it.
