Just starting out in need of some assistance from the more experienced

Hey guys i just opened my own business 5 months ago in the later months of summer time. I have accumulated 16 clients as of right now and growing. I just got rid of my co owner who loved to cut conors and do half A** work in which almost cost us customers. The only problem is that he is very knowledgeable in the industry. I have a residential mower, stick edger, weekwackers, and a hand blower. I do tree jobs every time I get the chance as well as looking into doing sod jobs( only done once bit job though). How do you go about pricing sod jobs as well as any other advice would be appreciated from the more knowledgeable.
