Is this a good deal? Just starting out!

Factory 5x13 trailer,it has ramps that make a tail gate when not in use.It is about 2 years old,it has new tires on it.Is in really good shape.I am asking 700.00 for it,cost about 1200.00 new.


does this sound like a good deal for just starting out?
