I'm selling a 2007 EverRide Scorpion (stander) commercial mower. It's the FX model (fixed deck) and it's a 52" deck. If you're not familiar with this brand, EverRide is made by Ariens.

This mower is like new. It only has 76 hours on it.

Are you the first owner?
Why are you selling?

Thanks for the advice. I posted some higher res photos below. And I'll get a shot of the hour meter tomorrow.

I'm the 2nd owner. I purchased it from a friend of mine that had a lawn business. He had two of these and he used this one sparingly (which is why there are so few hours).

I'm selling it because a few months ago I was miserable at my job (I'm a graphic designer), and since I couldn't find another job anywhere, I decided that I'd start a lawn business and get out of my industry. I went and bought a truck, trailer, this EverRide, a 33" walk-behind, a blower, and two trimmers. However, one month after I purchased everything, I got a job offer as a designer and I landed a large account (on the side) with a hydraulics company here in KC to handle all their print advertising for the next year. So, I have absolutely no time to devote to the lawn business.

In that month, I only did 4 leaf cleanups so I put about 5 hours on it myself. It's a great mower. Never (in the short time that I had it) had a problem with it. My friend gave me a great deal on it. He basically just asked me to pay off his loan ($3900) which is why I'm only asking what I am for it.

Anyway, thanks again for the advice. It would be a great mower for anyone who needs one. My phone number is below for anyone who is interested.

Thanks.

No prob... That looks like a very nice machine. I think you shouldnt have any problems selling it, but its winter. Sinces its winter a lot of people think that you are just giving the mower away... If you arent hurting for money, get what you are asking. If thats the case you might have it till spring.

Well, good luck with the sale.

Yes, very nice machine ... if it were mine, I'd probably keep it just because it's such a nice machine !!
