US buildings A series steel building for sale new on the pallet never been assembled includes optional C channel for easier install or take down if need be. Building is 20 feet wide, 26 feet long and is 12 1/2 feet high in center line.
This is a heavy built building, and is able to sustain heavy snow loads, as well as high winds. Current retail on this building is 10,500.00 and that includes the optional C channel that was 29.00 a foot to manufacture.
Like I said it is new straps have not even been broken on the pallet, and it includes all hardware, and assembly paperwork with it.
Need to sell. Price is Negotiable.
