I am located in Jacksonville, FL in which I'm selling a turn-key grass painting business that can be up and running for the new business owner within 2-3 days. The reason I'm selling is I have found that I will be moving to Germany for the Air Force so I won't be able to run it. The business can be run by 1 person and is perfect for the winter. This business has the oppertunity to make $30-50k in 3 months during winter time, before spring. There is not any other grass painting business in Jacksonville, FL. This is also a good business for short sale homes, pre foreclosure / foreclosed homes, and regular homes for sale.

You will get everything:
- Fully equipped Ford Ranger truck with 50 gallon tank and motorized pump
- 200 feet of high grade hose with reel
- Spraying wand, spray guns, and several nozzles
- 50 gallons of paint from concentrate (enough for 110,000 sq. ft of spraying after mixed)
- Website, custom modified to buyers liking
- Teach you exactly what to do

If you are interested in more information, please pm me or call 904-236-6398 and ask for Nick.

I've only had the business up and running for a couple months. I've sprayed 5 yards. I was full time active duty Navy so I only did it as a side thing. I haven't done too much advertising only the internet website. If I just got out of the Navy and waited to join the Air Force I would hold onto the business but I don't want to get stuck with it.

It takes about 2 hours for a 5000sq ft yard.

Yes those videos are of my brother painting. No, this is my business not a franchise deal.
