Somewhere there is a leak, blown seal, or a bad impeller, or clogged filter...hopefully.

It's a Mustang, they are crap, I know, I broke one that my Dad owned, not once, not twice, not thrice, but 4 times in 2 years.

valve bank had the seals all changed , an not sure if a filter would clog in 1500 hrs or im sure there is no leak either

Try and find a used pump. Sounds like your main pump is starving for all, have you checked charge pressure?

How many hours on the machine? What is the small pump in the pic that is attached to the main pump, is it a charge pump or pilot pump?

If it is a fairly low hour machine I would want to find the root cause of the pump failure, you may have a supply issue and it is starving for oil. Does it make any whining or grinding noises?

it has about 1600 hrs on it , the small pump runs the turntable of the machine a the blade , no it dont make no whining or grinding sounds
