Have a customer that wants me to change the settings on his Bird Fly system. Any idea how to do it? He does not know who installed it some years back.

Also, have another customer that wants me to find out if I can turn off individual heads of a system. Is it simple to do?

If it is a professional controller the instructions are inside the door. If it is one of those DIY cheapos call Fly Bird or go to their website @ FlyBird.com and ask for Helen Waite.

Heads- either they are installed or removed, not turned off.
