Really cheap new open trailer sales in KY somewhere?

I posted on here back in spring looking for a cheap 16ft open trailer, and someone referred me to some place I think in or near Louisville or Lexington KY that sold trailers really, really cheap, like a brand new 7x18 tandem with rear and side gate for $1200. I was wanting to find out if this place also had enclosed trailers? But I cannot remember the name of that place for anything? I think they actually made the trailers in Missouri somewhere and he just sold them. If anyone remembers, please let me know! Thanks.
