Sports fields

Do any of you do sports fields? I'm a soccer player and my dad runs a tournament in our main park. Well, this weekend was the tournament and the grass was pretty tall and you can't play sports in tall grass. My dad asked if I could next year come and cut the fileds which is like 5 acres and he'd pay me so...
How do you like them. I was thinking I would prob get done quicker if I arrange for a demo that day to help me out.
