Anyone willing to share a residential service agreement they give their customers? I don't want them to sign a contract just a agreement with basic things such as what they can expect from us and what we expect from them, what the procedures are during weather delays, etc. I have started my own but would like to see a professional one.
Last year we noticed different customers expected different things and want to do a better job of informing them. No residential customer wants to sign a contract but I think I can get them to sign a service agreement that does not bind them to stay with us for a period of time.
Any help would be appreciated!! Good luck this year!
