Anyone have a owners manual for this mower. It is a older pistol grip hydro. I was wondering how you adjust the H.O.C.

You probably can add or subtract washers above the blade, also. Some such walkbehinds have height adjustable wheel motors for drastic hoc changes.

Just pull the pin on top of the cast wheel, and you can add or remove C-spacers from the bottom when the caster drops down about 1/2 the thickness of a spacer.

So you only have about 3/4 of an inch adjustment before you have to throw off the deck slope. I take it you own one. How is the quality of cut on the left side? Does the folding design give a ragged cut?

they stopped selling those in the usa for a while now i believe but still for sale in the uk.
