I like 2 far ahead of the other ones. 1 has potential, but that dirt road image has to go.

I like number 2 the best. Unless you do remodeling, I'd ditch the house image.

If your talking the house on pic #3, its because its a property maintenance company, not a lawn cutting company. and property maintenance is bigger than just lawn cutting if you see what I mean, you can do interior or exterior, I plan on doing more services on the future, thats why I called it a property maintenance.

I can understand the difference between property maintenance and lawn management. Unless you plan on doing work on houses, like decks, siding, light construction, or exterior renovation, ditch the house image. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but it may send the wrong impression at first glance. There's a local insurance company whose logo is a large maple tree. Every time I pass their billboard or see a business card, my mind automatically goes to a tree service. I'm not trying to sound critical, but your services have to match your logo.

4. It's cleaner and sleeker than the others, by far.

I really like #1, but change the dirt road to a striped swath of grass, little darker or lighter than the rest of the image (green I might add.)
When I did my logo I tried to picture it on the left crest of a collared shirt. Would I want to see a thin dainty image or a think contrasting image to get attention.
When doing shirts or something you could always drop the "property maintenance" and have the image with Gauvreau. If you're dead set against #1 though, #2 is my second favorite. In fact if I looked at them together for a long time I'd have a hard time deciding.

My favorite one is the #2 but I would probably pick #4 to fit services you seems to offer. Where do you come from? your nick look like a french canadian name.

Its hard to make a logo that represents core aeration, driveway sealing, interlock sealing, snow plow, ect..

Ya I understand, but for t shirts, I can always keep a square white background so the logo comes out more.. I'm surprised no one voted for #3 as it seems very nice in my eyes, I like #2 also, i'll try to put #2 and #3 together lol.

I like the wording style of #1, but not the road, It's sort of hard to judge for me, buecause none of them are based on grass and lawns, I like #4, and #5 also. Post you new ones up soon :)

Ya they are somewhat very far related with me.

Btw where exactly do you work with your business? and what services you offer?

Little modification to the 2 logos I chose, I will have to decided between which one or just put them all together lol.

I like #1 of the second set. I would want to see how it looks with a solid gold color G. The house graphic just doesn't look right with what I am guessing is a window.

The second one is awesome! It will look nice and fit easier on more items than an odd shaped logo. GREAT JOB!

Its funny you mentioned that, you and the rest who posted.

My final logo is #1 from the revised ones, but I said to put the G full gold color, and the tree will be different also.

Btw that logo with the house, if you look more, you will see that the house makes the G letter...

Ya I though the #1 logo would be easier on t shirts and hats, and on my truck. and probably less expensive for printing company's

I will post pics of the final logo soon.

I work in Gatineau,we just started last fall, where pretty new, we offer snow removal and lawn maintenance

I'd go with number one, the others are have blue in them which i find doesn't go with the whole theme.

I vote #4. It is more modern and easy to read. I would remove the U from the roof line to make it a little easier to read. The other U looks fine with the tree. I just don't like the "Property Maintenance" service tag.

I gotta go with #4...Keep it simple its easier and cheaper to duplicate with less color. Vehicle graphic prices grow exponetially with additional colors too!

to be "that" guy. Your last name isn't the easiest to pronounce. Maybe you should of went for a simple name. I like #2's design. Make sure you put that logo BIG across your whole truck, so NO one forgets it!

I agree my last name is french and is hard to spell or pronounce, they usually say gaudreau instead of gauvreau. But here where I live lots of people know me so.. And I can always change the name after...

I too have a last name that is difficult spell (over the phone) and pronounce. However, it is very different and people always ask where it is from and if it means something. So far it has worked, so I will keep it for now.

1: makes no sense
2: too much like tree service plus font is hard to read
3: Not bad but way too much going on, simplify it a bit and it could be good.
4: Like the look of this one best but you really have to struggle with reading the name with all the graphical elements built into the letters. Could simplify it a bit and move the arch off the letters a bit along the bottom. The over kerning of the name makes it hard to read also.
5: If this wasn't on the green background and they took the gradient out of the letters and gave it a green/yellow color scheme, removed some of the lines it might work.

Not trying to bust your balls. I worked at an advertising agency for ten years. We did this stuff everyday and had some Fortune 500 clients. They are way better than most but tweaks need to be made in order to really have something that works well for all the applications it will be used on. I would take #4 and make tweaks to it.
