Hi guys, just looking for a pricing structure for apps per k...Ive been right around $200 per acre in ny for pre em and straight fert. so it basically works out, some apps i do better on. I am licensed and insured...Just checking my pricing for the upcoming season..any help would be appreciated

you guys really gettin your money up there, were from long island and were lucky if we get between 100-150 an acre for pre em or fert some of my acre properties im only getting 90 for fert.

You need to seriously relook at your prices. There is no way long island wont bear a better price per acre. I have seen quotes and contracts from the island and they are NEVER that low.

The lowest I charge is $3.50 or so per thousand. So thats about $150 per acre. But your lawn has to be 1.5 acres or more to get that rate.
Then the smaller the lawn the more I charge, up to about $8 per 1000 on a 5k sqft lawn.
Also I should mention these rates only apply to my 5 step program. Single applications would be more.

I 2nd that, I've never seen quotes from the island, I'm in bergen county NJ but I cant see prices there being that far off of ours

i agree im in south jersey and im more than that. and the closer to ny the more expensive EVERYTHING is.
