Kawasaki Engine Idle Problems

I have a FH430-BS06 with about 675 hours on it. I recently pulled the engine off of my Gravely lawn mower to find and oil leak that had shown up a few months ago. Found and fixed the oil leak put the engine back on hooked everything up as it had been before and now the engine is idiling way too fast, even with the choke on. Just joined this site, so any info would be greatly appreciated.

Have been running through old threads for a couple hours trying different things... It was the governor that was just a tiny hair off of what it should be, simple fix for how extremely off the engine was running. Thanks for all the old threads!
