redmax blower problem

my redmax blower,has lost alot of power,i changed gaskets,fuel filter, took out screen,and repair kit for carb,what is next,its a 99,

remove the muffler and clean out the exhaust port into the cylinder with a sharpened piece of hardwood. also remove the spark arrestor screen if you have one.

Was this machine ever dropped??

Sometimes w/ redmax equipment, if unit gets dropped, the isolator/insulator (plastic piece between carb and block) will get a small crack in it and suck in too much air. Clean this black plastic piece and inspect for a hairline crack.
