Do ahy of you use any kind of software to keep track of your equipment. Not just inventory control but maybe to keep track of when a piece of equipment was last serviced and what was done to it. Also, do you use software to keep track of spare parts you have for your equipment. Thanks.

I use CLIP to do it. I set up a Shop Account, and added a job for each vehicle to be inspected and PM'd weekly. I also keep a log in a book, with the computer to tally time and schedule.
