Hello All,
So i'm looking to add fertilizing onto my list of services for the 2010 season. This will be my third year mowing full time. I've talked to the University of Guelph and have figured out how to go about getting a license and registering with the province, Theres a farm supply center not too far away from where I cut lawns every week, So i would most likely buy my materials from there.
I'm looking for any available knowledge about pricing and what materials to use i guess, or will they cover that with the licensing? Is there any books or reference guides that you guys can recommend to keep with me? Also i know in Ontario there are now a lot of chemicals banned from being used for weed control, I was wondering if they have come up with something that is a good substitution from what you use to be able to use? Also is there any additional insurance i would have to get to do fertilizing and weed control?
