2008 Exmark metro HP commercial walkbehind

I bought this mower last april brand new. So its not even a year old yet. I paid $4100 and selling for $3000 obo. It has around 20hrs or less on it. So its in New condition with a few paint scratches. It has a 15hp Kawasaki motor. It is a Belt drive with a 48" Floating deck. It also has the ECS controls. I live in Virginia. Its still under warranty.
