Is it vinyl? leather? fabric?
I'm guessing probably vinyl, in which case your auto part store will cary a vinyl repair 'kit' that will work beautifully!
Or you could always take it to an upholstery shop and pay to have it fixed most excellently!
I vote for duck tape! :D

Sorry but black, or if you can find the color to match electrical tape.
I have made repairs to seats with it for a long time.
So far each time it stays on well.
My last one is on a Lazer and has been on it for 3 years now.
Put the first layer on real tight, then double it up. It will hold like it was not even there.

I found a roll of yellow duct tape at NAPA. Not sure what they called it. worked good for me.

I have been using eletrical tape to make seat repairs for years.
I just use black, but they have other colors.
I made a repair on my Lazer seat 3 years ago and it has stuck on it since.
Duct tape dry rots.
